Planned Parenthood Be Seen/Sigue

Client: Planned Parenthood

Role: Senior Project Manager

Agency: VIRTUE Worldwide at VICE Media

Project Scope:

-Create and produce Spanish language spot as a part 3 extension of Planned Parenthood’s “Be Seen” campaign highlighting reproductive and gender affirming healthcare

-Design and create accompanying assets to be shared across social channels and podcast episodes

Responsibilities:

-Created scope of work to account for all deliverables

-Lead specialized strategy and creative teams through discovery, research, and direction development

-Secured and managed resourcing

-Allocated fixed budget and created timeline for campaign milestones

-Managed daily communications between clients, internal teams, and vendors

-Work closely with clients to ensure all production safety guidelines were enforced

Logitech Defy Logic

Client: Logitech

Role: Senior Project Manager

Agency: VIRTUE Worldwide at VICE Media

Project Scope:

-Rebrand Logitech to showcase how their products can be used in a new class of digital content creators.

-Engage partnerships with Lizzo and various content creators such as Bretman Rock, Kheris Rogers, and NFT artist Defaced.

-Design and concept custom assets and scripts to be used across digital display, social media, radio, and OOH.

-Paid digital and social media cutdowns of hero video

-Produce hero video utilizing animation along with video/still assets for pre-event tease, live event, and amplification phases for fashion shows in Shanghai, Milan, Tokyo, Seoul, and NYC

-Design and concept custom assets featuring hosts Alicia Keys and Victoria Song to be used across all channels

-Paid digital and social media cutdowns of hero video

-Animated full motion DOOH takeovers in Times Square NYC and Shibuya Tokyo

-Capture of Times Square NYC and Shibuya takeovers to be used as amplification video assets

-Design/concept traditional and OOH print

-Work with publisher partners to create ROS assets to accompany custom editorial features
